Expert Support is a one-time add-on for your n8nautomation.cloud subscription. You pay once and get two full months of direct, async guidance from an experienced n8n automation engineer — no office hours, no tickets going cold, no generic docs links.
It is designed for teams and individuals who know what they want to build but hit walls: a workflow that won't trigger correctly, an API integration that keeps failing, credentials that refuse to authenticate, or complex branching logic that needs a second pair of expert eyes.
What Is Included
- n8n data export support — need to move your workflows, credentials, or execution history? We'll walk you through it step by step and help you avoid common pitfalls.
- 2 months of expert consultation — reach out async any time during the period. Typical turnaround is same-day or next-day on business days.
- Workflow troubleshooting — share your workflow JSON or screenshots, describe what's going wrong, and get a concrete fix.
- Setup and configuration guidance — credentials, environment variables, webhook URLs, OAuth flows — all covered.
- Workaround suggestions — when n8n doesn't have a native node for what you need, we'll point you to a working approach using HTTP Request, custom code, or creative node combinations.
- One-time payment, no recurring charge — $99 once. Not a monthly subscription, not a retainer.
How It Works
- Add at checkout — enable the Expert Support toggle when signing up. The $99 charge is separate from your monthly plan and is collected once at the start.
- Onboarding message — within 24 hours of your purchase, you'll receive an email with the support contact details and how to submit questions.
- Two months of async support — send questions whenever you're stuck. No scheduling, no meeting links. Just describe the problem and we'll respond with a solution.
- Workflow-level help — we can look at actual workflow JSON, execution logs, and node configurations. Share the raw data and we'll dig in.
