What is the wallet?
Your wallet holds your earned commissions. Every commission credit and debit is logged there with a full history. You can view your wallet balance and transaction history any time from your affiliate dashboard.
I have an active subscription — how do I apply my wallet balance?
Click 'Redeem vs Subscription' in your affiliate dashboard. There's no minimum — even $5 can be redeemed. We manually apply it as a Stripe credit so your next invoice is reduced by that amount. You'll receive a confirmation once it's applied.
How do I cash out to PayPal or bank?
Once your wallet balance reaches $50 or more, the 'Cash Out' button becomes active in your affiliate dashboard. Click it to submit a request and we'll process your payment via PayPal or bank transfer within a few business days.
What does my referral get?
Your referral gets 10% off their first month when they sign up using your referral link. The discount is applied automatically at checkout.
Can I refer myself?
No, self-referrals are not allowed. The affiliate program is designed to reward you for bringing new customers to the platform.
